Program Basics

8 questions
  • Consumer behavior analysis is the study of how individuals make purchasing decisions and interact with brands. It combines psychology, sociology, and data science to understand what drives consumer choices. In 2025's competitive marketplace, this knowledge helps businesses predict trends, optimize marketing strategies, and create products that truly resonate with their target audience.

Our program covers everything from emotional triggers in buying decisions to digital behavior patterns across social media platforms. You'll learn to interpret data that reveals why consumers choose one brand over another, how cultural factors influence spending, and what emerging technologies mean for future consumer habits.

  • The full consumer behavior analysis program spans 12 weeks with flexible scheduling options. Most students complete it in 3-4 months by dedicating 8-10 hours per week to coursework and projects. We've designed it for working professionals who need to balance learning with their current responsibilities.

You can accelerate the timeline if you have more availability, or extend it up to 6 months if you need a slower pace. The program includes both self-paced modules and scheduled live sessions, so there's structure without rigid deadlines that might stress you out.

  • You'll master data interpretation techniques that reveal consumer motivations, learn to design and conduct behavioral research studies, and develop expertise in predictive analytics for market trends. The program also covers digital consumer tracking, social media behavior analysis, and cross-cultural consumer psychology.

By graduation, you'll confidently create consumer personas, recommend product positioning strategies, and present behavioral insights to stakeholders. Many graduates tell us they immediately started noticing patterns in their own industry that they'd never spotted before.

  • The program welcomes complete beginners – we start with foundational concepts before advancing to complex analysis techniques. About 40% of our students come from non-marketing backgrounds including IT, finance, and even creative fields. What matters more than prior experience is curiosity about human behavior and willingness to think analytically.

We do recommend basic computer literacy and comfort with spreadsheets, but you don't need advanced statistical knowledge. The program builds those skills progressively through hands-on projects and practical applications.

Enrollment & Pricing

6 questions
  • The complete program costs R12,500 for South African residents, which includes all course materials, live sessions, project feedback, and certification. We offer several payment plans: full payment upfront with a 10% discount, three monthly installments, or extended six-month payment options.

Corporate sponsorships and group discounts are available for teams of 3 or more. We also provide payment assistance for qualifying students – reach out to discuss your situation if cost is a concern.

  • New cohorts begin monthly throughout 2025, with upcoming start dates on March 15th, April 12th, and May 10th. Enrollment typically closes one week before each start date, or when we reach our cohort limit of 25 students – whichever comes first.

To secure your spot, complete the online application and submit your enrollment deposit of R2,500. This deposit counts toward your total program fee and guarantees your place in your preferred cohort.

  • Your program fee covers comprehensive course materials, access to our proprietary consumer behavior database, weekly live instructor sessions, individual project mentoring, and professional certification upon completion. You'll also get lifetime access to program updates and our alumni network.

Additional benefits include guest expert sessions, industry case study library, career placement assistance, and ongoing access to our job board featuring positions specifically seeking consumer behavior analysts.

  • We offer a full refund if you withdraw within the first two weeks of your cohort start date. After that, refunds are prorated based on completed modules, minus a small administrative fee. We understand that life circumstances change, so we try to be as flexible as possible.

Instead of withdrawing, many students prefer to transfer to a later cohort at no additional cost. This option is available up to 6 weeks into the program and lets you restart when your schedule allows.

Technical & Support

7 questions
  • You'll need a reliable computer with internet connection, modern web browser, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Most assignments work fine on both Windows and Mac systems. We recommend at least 4GB RAM and broadband internet for the best experience during live sessions.

The program introduces specialized software for behavioral analysis, but we provide temporary licenses and cloud-based alternatives so you won't need to purchase expensive tools. Mobile apps are available for accessing course materials on the go, though projects require desktop/laptop completion.

  • Our support team responds to technical issues within 4-6 hours during business days, and we have weekend coverage for urgent problems. Academic questions submitted through our learning platform typically get instructor responses within 24 hours, often much faster.

For immediate help, our student community forum is incredibly active – classmates often answer questions within minutes. We also host weekly office hours where you can get real-time support from instructors and teaching assistants.

  • Yes, all live sessions are recorded and available within 2 hours of completion. Recordings include closed captions and are organized by topic in your student dashboard. You can watch at your preferred speed and download materials discussed during the session.

While recordings are comprehensive, we encourage live attendance when possible since the interactive discussions and Q&A segments often provide valuable insights beyond the core material. Students consistently tell us the live sessions are program highlights.

  • Graduates receive lifetime access to course materials, updates to curriculum content, and our exclusive alumni network. We also provide career support including resume review, interview preparation, and job placement assistance for the first year after graduation.

Monthly alumni webinars feature industry updates and advanced techniques, plus you can attend future cohort guest expert sessions at no additional cost. Many graduates stay connected through our LinkedIn group and local meetup events in major South African cities.
